What kind of increase can you expect on a MKII with one of these installed?

minimal, for more a sound increase maybes half a horse

That's what I thought. I've heard that some people have got around 5 horse extra.

Is this tosh or is there some truth to that?

its not gonna improve performance, other then making it rev slightly easier its a noise essential though!!
