Vee specialist garage in North of England?

I have an "issue" with the camshaft sensor or something related on my phase 1 Vee

Can anybody recommend a Vee specialist garage that they have used in the North of England? I will travel, but the main specialists appear to be 5 hours drive from me

Any ideas?

Fred who owns BTM owns a v6 and has had a 7 year on going project which I think is still in bits. He is highly, highly regarded on cliosport for his work on 172s, 182s etc.

He is on here occasionally, a quick search will most likely uncover his project.

Mark, from memory I think you said you were based near me in Yorkshire.

You could try Richard at Dry Clough Garage near Halifax, they are independent Renault specialist and Richard is a V6 owner.

They are near Halifax hospital just as you come off the bypass from jnct 24 of M62

Just used Mickelton Service station for a service/mot. They have re-built a v6 previously as well as rallying a clio 172.

Took good care of the car and kept showing me bits they were concerned about. Not too many luckily.

Definitely recommend them. Just take your own fluids/filters. :approve:
