VEE OFF OF PAGE!!!

Do we have an off of page for the Vee as most of the parts are from other mass produced renaults or even other cars.

Be handy if we did as things like the disks and pads are off other cars and cost less if you have those renault codes

When renault price things for there special cars like the GTAs A610 and Spider they change the part codes so when ordering they know its for the sport range and they seem to instantly stick the claw back price on.

The wiki gives a very simple place to put these facts, and then anybody can update it to add more parts.

Could you please come with an example of this, I work at Renault Design, and I don't know any part used commonly on other Renaults have exclusive "70#########" for the Sport department when used on Renault sportcars. If you for instance look at the foglamps in the Vee, they carry exactly the same partnumber as the ones used on different Meganes, some Twingoos etcetera. So they carry the same pricetag. I'd be happy to look into it.

And Traffic Van fog lamps, but Clarkie is right why is a part that is identical different part number.

I had this with the cam belt kit £350 for the kit or if you have a laguna its £499 fitted at renault and the local dealer is £95 an hour. So either there very quick at changing the laguna or the laguna kit is much cheaper.

clarkiev6 - which version of the PAS pump do you need (don't know if they're different between Mk1 and Mk2).

I've got one from my Mk1 because I've switched to electric...

A lot of difference in changing a cam belt on a V6 to a laguna.

At least 10 hours hard graft on th V6, just ask Clarkie.

managed to get one from scott.

cam belt/ clutch / water pump we still take 10 hours. can't hurry cos 1 mistake is gonna take an awful lot of trouble and effort to put right.
