Just for the record, UK car [v6plaque]219[/v6plaque] has been exported to Germany and converted to LHD.

They have taken the UK plaque off of it and put on plaque [v6plaque]830[/v6plaque].

[v6plaque]830[/v6plaque] was one of the plaques removed from new by Renault UK. This specific plaque was sold on eBay 01/2013.

The car with its new identity is for sale at the moment in Germany.

I have spoken with the seller who has provided me with documentation confirming the chassis number which is that off [v6plaque]219[/v6plaque]. In addition you can see still the UK registration plate in the photo with the boot open HJ54PSY so I have no doubt that the above is 100% fact.

For the future record its vital that the club to keep track of such items. I have update the register accordingly and created a hidden dummy entry for [v6plaque]830[/v6plaque] so that number is blocked off.
I have also done the same for all of the known removed plaque numbers to help pick any other identity crisis cars up in the future.

Don't worry about the plaques I've got [mention=1292,#2b2b2b]Duncan[/mention] they aren't going anywhere :approve:

Great work :salut:

Good work Duncan. :approve:

Wonder why anyone would go to the trouble of switching plaques and then state that it is a UK car...........
