I was always told to beware of stripes and stickers on used cars, they can cover up things and take your focus off other issues.

Yep , not really my taste, nice car tho , ad does not mention ph2 gearbox and rear subframe which are good selling points.
Nearly bought this 12 or so months ago , but price was a little high and really didn't like the parking sensors but again personal choice. Superb condition and the right mods otherwise. Think it was well cared for by AmyV6

Agree the stripe is a bit of a turn off, but guess it would be quite easy to put right if there is nothing hidden beneath that would require a repaint.

Like the fact that the term "Collector" finding its way into the description of these cars now:
"This is an unmissable opportunity to own and cherish this stunning pristine Low Mileage Renault Clio 3.0 V6 24V Collectors vehicle".

Still needs to get some serious exposure by (regularly) appearing at Classic Car dealers' forecourts and auctions.
