Judging from the details I found it looks to be a road going Trophy!! 1995 though?

Taken from PH...

you are correct it is a proper clio v6 cup car, the focus is a 4 wheel drive subaru engined rally car, both are owned by my friend who owns the workshop he lets me share the shed to keep the toys in, i think the ayc should just work the same as it did but if its no good will swap the diff for a mechanical one, i will be changing the rear lights after a trip to a breakers yard for some standard ones

It was up for sale around this time last year LINK

It was registered as a 1.2 so looks like he's changed that with the dvla now.

The for sale ad is still on Rally24 if your interested in some more details: LINK

Its parked in the background in a picture from a readers ride thread on Pistonheads, I'll look for it now.

I thought the car looked like serious fun... :race: It also looks brand newish [smilie=icon_eek.gif]

Awesome :approve:

I would think the registration date is bogus... The Clio v6 Trophy wasnt even on the drawing board in 1995 iirc.

Great looking car, as any other Trophy, but if DVLA or VOSA got wind of it they'd probably want to crush it [smilie=icon_eek.gif]
