Trip computer reset?

Does anyone know the procedure for resetting the trip computer and throttle body?

Thanks James. Carried out the above but still showing no figures? Maybe needs to go for a drive to start showing mpg / miles left in tank?

Yup all working again! Anyone know how to get the SERV light to go out? It's been on ever since I bought the car and Tenailt don't even know what's causing it. No other lights are on with it though. Wongy maybe you might know mate? LOL?

Throttle body reset is as follows:

Ignition on 10 seconds
Ignition off 10 seconds
Start engine and let it idle for 1 min

Not sure re SERV light maybe check for OBD fault codes?

What does the Throttle body reset do? ie. rather than stating the obvious!!, why would I need to do it?
