Subframe help

Just a real quick question.

Mk1 and Mk2 subframes are the same aren't they?

Ie. I could drop seats from a Mk2 straight into my Mk1 without any issue.

Reason being is want some Recaro's from a Mk2 and i've a Mk1.

Please reply a.s.a.p don't want to miss out on them

LOL, I put an offer in for these last night and if I didn't have Recaros I would have done the buy-it-now last night no bother at all.

I knew someone would spot em so kept quite - like one does sometimes
