Strange noise after 120 mph

Hi guys

Today whe was at the german autobahn for a blast.

But after 120 mph under the front bonnet came always a strange noise , like a constant queeeekkk.
That noise dont became louder when i still accelarate till 149.

What coud that be ?

at 0.17 u can hear that shortly
