steering column help wanted

just tried to remove the steering wheel from my ph1. removed the central bolt and did all the usual pulling, twisting and tapping on the centre bolt but it would not come off. got two jacks under it and also pulled and tapped but still would not come off. Finally by pulling and jiggling and whacking the centre, success. OR NOT. the upper column bearing has come apart. bearing marked 'DGX 250 Nadella made in france' but not listed as a part at reno, just a new steering column! Anyone got good any good ideas as to how to fix at the least cost?

Premier Bearings in Northampton would get you a new one.

tried bearing factors but not looking too promising as it's a one off bearing
