Standard exhaust

Unfortunately I'm not in the position to go out and get a new exhaust for a few month and the standard one is looking s bit tired.
Anyone know if it can be cleaned/polished making it look a bit more attractive. Hopefully something I could do myself to keep the cost down

Few members have polished the standard system up. Comes up well. Bit of metal cleaner and a lot of elbow greese

I've done mine, looks lovely, check out my sale thread and have a look :approve: just a bit of metal polish, patience and plenty of elbow grease!

That's just the look Im after, pretty much good as new. What did you use, did you take the back box off or can it be done with it still on

Bit of autosol and jobs a good un. Hardest bit is taking the bumper off & on without scratching the paint. Take care!

Can be done easily leaving the backbox on.
