Can anyone tell me......whats the difference between PH 1 and PH 2 exhaust ?( ie are they the same ?) cheers

Looking at the parts listings in our knowledge base, it would suggest only the back box is the same on both models.

It has been mooted that the Mk I was a mild steel construction and that the MK II was stainless steel. Dunno if that's true...

That's what's heard. Mk1 clamps are slightly different too
