Sold as spares or repairs?

This car has been for sale for quite a while and was up on 'auctioned' on ebay several times starting about 4-5 weeks ago. The price has dropped again and the advert on autotrader says it is being sold as "spares or repairs only"

I see it is missing both front wheel arch liners and the front grill is silver. I remember on the ebay advert that it said it had been previously damaged and repaired.

Does anybody know any history? it's only on 29000 miles!


edit: it also appears to be missing the bit of plastic immediately underneath the very front of the bonnet.

Might just mean there will be no warranty at that price?

I spoke to the guy a few months back who's selling it, there is warranty from what I remember and no mention of any damage either.
