Side Skirt PH1 and PH2

Hi, i have a cusomer looking for the side skirt from the v6 we are breaking, will the PH1 V6 one fit the PH2?

Different part numbers.

Example:

Drivers side on a Ph1 £ 1,712.45

Drivers side on a Ph2 £ 250.20
