Side Pod Rattling, Help !!!

My Passenger pod is rattling and is really annoying, makes it sound like the noise is in the car.... how can it be tightened up, i have had a quick look but cant see how it can be safely done without damaging something... any one had theres off, or had them changed for carbons please help.... I HATE RATTLES!!!!

There's a bolt at the front top - straight up - and another inside, through the mesh at the rear about 3/4 of the way up, should be easy to see if you look through....that's it.

Don't screw it up too much. The lugs are a bit delicate I found.

yeah mine also rattled a while back.
I was also paranoid i was going to stop somewhere and find it missing. . all sorted now though
