Has anyone replaced them? (mk2) After a search I notice they may not be available?

Any other options out there that I may not have seen?

KW3's are currently the weapon of choice the build quality is superb.

Nigel.
I agree and track or not, they are an absolute dream of a mod ;)

Also, if you have troublesome speed humps in your area you can fully adjust your ride-height to suit :race:

Wheres best to be buying from?
Various places really. I got mine supplied and fitted by Ktec with very good service.
Scott (SG) can supply them too. You giving it thought Iain? :approve:

Slight leak, nothing major but Mr mot man might notice it too.

I'd rather spend money on getting it tip top rather than "modding" it. I'd be interested to know just how much of an improvement there is over standard.

Haven't seen any pictures of your V6 Iain, need to get some up or get a blog going.

What are your thoughts from owning a MkI and now having a MkII?

You could get them rebuilt by a Koni rep or shock specialist. Mine cost 40 each, new oil, seals, with sandblasting a repaint.

Also depends why they are leaking - if the piston rod is damaged, then obviously costs could increase.

If the oem dampers work out more expensive than kw then its a no brainer. That is unless you are 100% intent on keeping the car original and as it left Dieppe.
