Service & ABS lights on ???

Hi all
I have been away for 6 weeks, and in that time I have had the Vee in getting the Koni's rebuilt, new front rotors - pads , painted the calipers, solid front strut tops, new bump stops, braided brake lines, all new fluids in everything - engine-box-steering-brakes-coolant ...etc etc etc

Just picked it up ....and bugger me dead ... the ABS light is now on (was not before)
and the SERVICE light is on (again, was not before)

So .... HELP .... what has caused this to ruin my fun in picking my car up after such a lonf time without it ...
aaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrr

In summary.....

Connector under the drivers seat needs a wiggle
Low brake fluid
ABS ring dirty
