SENSITIVE ALARM

Every time a heavy lorry passes by my house the alarm goes off !!!!! Is it possible to de tune it ?????? If so where is it situated.

I have the same problem with mine its a real problem Renault can turn it down so its not as sensative (so I have been told) but last time mine went in they said they would not because of the Insurance. Its going in again next week so I will try again becuase I cant leave it anywhere with the alarm on !!
