Something dodgy goin on there , car is Amy v6 old one v666 NAL... I made them an offer but refused.,.
Just don't like the reverse park sensor holes , would take a lot of cash to put that right...
Otherwise good car...

Yeah I was pleased it went quick, 11 days after putting it on pistonheads.

I was sorry to see it drive away that's for sure but the pain stopped today when I picked up my new car and I haven't stopped smiling since!!! ;)

Nah mate I had a Beemer but that was sold on Wednesday, the day before the vee (couldnt have timed it better) and picked up the new motor on Saturday. Going British for a change (well made in Britain!!)

How's your vee? Lovely one that like

Top marks kett and what a car it is! (marks off for spelling evoque though) ;)

Apples and oranges compared to the vee but for what it is and what I need it's amazing, so good to drive.

Someone's got some money ;/))
I work for JLR, nice cars....and 4x4

The Evoque is an all round very well sorted 4x4
With stunning looks. Best package we've done for years
New jags are going to be a winner also

Apologies... Bit early on a Sunday for my brain to be in gear.

No probs kett just joking mate!! I was up at 6 with my daughter

Lol Iain I don't have any money now!! Beemer and v6 made way for the evoque, with my 2nd child due next month I wanted something that would do everything. I had thought about storing the vee but it seemed too much hassle at this point. I can always get another one in a few years time. The evoque is a cracking piece of kit and I wanted one ever since I saw the first production pics last year. They just seem to be streets ahead ATM, new jags do look good aswell and it's great to see a 'british'? manufacturer doing so well.

My inlaw is on his 3rd jag XF each one has had so many electrical faults the dealer just sends them back to factory.

I've had the same Disco for the last 5 years. It's got so many gadgets that I was expecting serious trouble - but it has been faultless. Land Rovers really are awesome cars!
Unfortunately, the UK government chose to tax these big vehicles to such and extent that I will need to replace it with a Freelander/Evoque at some point.

Good choice!

Early XF has software issues, nothing major and agree can spoil ownership, but trust me BMW , Merc, Audi are no different , all suffer from software issues , the cars are so co
Plc these days... Full fibre optic networks running on the cars with everything from elec windows to gearbox and diff computer controlled..., fabulous if you don't get a problem but can be a nightmare if you do..

We test nearly all competitor cars and also tear them down to see how they gave made them, they too do the same so nothing is not known ;-))

Is it a 4 door "evoke" ( ;) ) you have?

Sorry kett lol

Great looking cars wasn't sure on the styling at first, not enough glass area, but in white I think they look fantastic!

iPhone pic at my dads yesterday, originally wanted fuji White until I saw a demo in Orkney grey and had to have it!!

re: the evoke (sic)

:beautiful:

Shame the Vee had to go... yours was a minter/keeper!

It is damn true that they become sidelined as soon as the nippers are brought into the fold...
...hence I've got 2 sidelined.
