It was a great day, possibly the best trackday I've attended. Well organised by Renaultsport and with the chance to drive the Megane 265 and passenger in the 2014 Clio Cup racer. I was thankful I chose the Megane as while I was out the poor guy who tried the new Clio lost his front left wheel while cornering through Druids! Not a particularly good way to try and make the new car impress!"

In that case they would have to watch out for the suspension as well - may collapse like it did when Sebastien Buemi was at the wheel of his Torro Rosso in 2010

Crumbs! That is bad - looks as if the wheel simply sheared off. Must have been very lucky not to hit anything or was going slow enough to bring it to a halt without much drama......

The rumour is their heritage LY fell off a trailer. No doubt a chinese whisper.

Possibly with their vee. Lots of damage on the drivers side skirt where it had supposedly had an encounter with a loader. No one will confirm though.

Oh, yes, heard about that - no official confirmation, but guess it is not really a 'secret'

Plus it's their own press car so most likely had many a scrape.

I was there in my 200 my mate Aucky was driving that 200t when the wheel fell off lol he wasn't very happy about it all.
