5 GT Turbo Renault Gt Turbo Phase 2 Restro Project

Well here is my Renault 5 phase 2 gt turbo 1990.
I bought the car in feb 2009.
Car has been in the Manchester area for some years before me , I got the car from Bolton for £600.
I thought it would take 1 year to complete , but its been 5years now, a lot has happened in the last 5 years ,family,money,time,work commitments

The project as it stands me at £7000 that includes the car ,paint , parts ,tyres ,wheels ,turbo engine parts from ebay etc.

Here are the pictures from start to finish also pictures of all my Renaults I have owned in the past , big love for Renault lol and some other Renault bits and bobs.

Well it's booked in for its mot on the 29th worried it wnt pass ,first mot ,since it was rebuilt

Will she passed her mot , and had the tracking also done at the same time , whist doing that I cracked the front bumper not happy , as its been painted twice already , and paint shops are not cheap.

I clattered my splitter on the MOT ramp in January too lol

Handbrake needed doing.
small oil leak fixed that now.
theres small amount of play if left strut but its all new and the whole leg moves aint a clue what it could be ??

Where is the play?

the play is not in the wheel bearing but ,when the car is jacked up ,you can wobble the wheel , and the whole leg moves ,and hub , the other does not

Have you checked the bottom ball joint ?

If you've got coil overs it will be the top mount loose is my guess. If not, it'd be top bearing.
