renault 9 project (diesel)

well thats the work started on the 9 diesel , its been lowered front/back and have fitted 16inch clio sport wheels , interior has been removed and fitted clio 16v interior , dash and plastics are getting flocked and toying with the idea off making it a 2 door , i have measured everything up , and by using 11 doors and cutting the rear quarter windows and surrounding area out a 11 turbo , should be a simple conversion to do and hopefully look like it was ment to be a 2 door , will get some pics up soon

what maken a 2 door ? cause its different and i like cutting cars up and changing them , fabricating one off stuff and changing cars looks is what i do , and the 9 is for advertising so it has to be different lol

me too , got quite a few sets to try but these were the closest ones at the front off container and good tyres lol , have 18s there of the other 9 but would have to modify the suspension /body , but the car is to be usable and they dont drive nice with big wheels , look better with them though , nice dish on your wheels would look good in chrome ?

well the 9 is onto the next stage paint , repairs done ,turbo bumpers to be put on, put another wing on it removed the bump strips that it had fitted and now ready for some paint , decided on a metallic grey bottom and silver top , so hopefully by tonight its all painted and ready for the road,

4 x 100 I think. Dunno what theyre called, Lee or Lee will know, Lee bought them and then sold them to Lee, and then I bought them from Lee.

Well, no, not really. If they were they wouldnt fit my car and i'd be forced to sell them to some cockwomble with a kitcar that looks like the lovechild production of a Lotus dry bumming a Fiat Multipla.....

normally you would do the dark colour on the bottom but me being different i did the othere way round , took it out last night for a laugh and i was amazed how many people liked it , even though they hadnt a clue what it was lol ..

send it up for a paint , my new paint booth goes in ,in june
