Recaro resistors

Good evening, quick question with, no doubt, loads of other follow up questions.

I've recently fitted some recaro cs's in the mighty 265. I now need resistors to put the airbag light off. I believe the need to be 3.9ohms...... I dont know what that means! But more importantly I dont know what to do with said resistors when I have it.

I assume it's the same as having a pass to a gym doesnt make you lose weight, so just putting the resistors in the glove box wont work???? Or will it? ...... I know it wont.

Any info or nice nerdy diagrams would be wicked super cool!

Can pick up a chinese clone easy enough. Need an old windows 7 32 bit laptop to run it too.

Ahhh, might be less hassle for me to get the wire budged lol, think my laptop is windows ten or later. Cheers though.

So I've bought a few recaro conversion kits, it should be plug and play. Auto Wiring isn't my thing, so has anyone got any diagrams as to which wires to cut.

I'll add a photo or two of the kit.

What they said, I've had loads of issues with resistors not working, pain in the arse. Gonna get it done with CLIP when I re-tax it for the summer.
