i had paul herridges engine put in by roger, so it wasn't shy by any means

sorry matt lol!! only sold her because i never used it, still regret it now. Sold to some lad in wales then been sold on a couple of times. The lad who bought it off me only had in 2hours and did the headgasket, due to him turning the adjustable in-car boost up, it was running 21psi everyday of the week when i had it, and never had a problem, think the std bumper is in roger's back garden!! lol

It is a gorgeous motor, I've done some work on it for Noel and it's been well looked after, was going to buy it but just bought a Merc CLK, so no funds. Plus Ive got a phase 1 which I havent had time to play with and not feeling the vibe of it as ph2s and 3s rule. So I may be selling that very soon

Recent pics, mileage, mot and tax.
Where abouts are you?
Whats wrong with it for ?800.
If it still looks that good and isn't rusty I want it now.

I have cash waiting to be spent :)

it only needed rear discs + rear brake compensator (got one off scottyboy) and prop centre bearing doing...to run on road the front bumper evo style was docterd by by previous owner tall paul sold to in wales but got bits that he cut off:mad: just needs fibreglass repair seems he hit sleeping policeman i will get some pics up..

Compensator isn't a problem, i've got an AP bias that can go on and a complete prop, the bumper is an easy fix as well but where do you get discs from for a quadra, I need some for mine.

Benver in France sells them. Although I have some to go on mine so I will look in to getting them copied.

Hmm a quadra... I do fancy 4wd levels of grip and traction but that phase 2 back end just puts me off.

How is the rust on the car? I noticed in an old thread of yours it needed some welding?

It's been done 20 odd years ago by Renault.

As for doing my own conversion I don't fancy the amount of work or cost of converting a phase 1 to 4wd.
Like wise I don't fancy converting a phase 2 Quadra to a phase 1 back end and from what I've heard Renault no longer have stock of phase 1 rear end panelwork and trust me it's several large panels needed to convert the rear end to phase 1.

I think there's a 2wd phase 1 with a phase 2 rear end due to the reason that these were the only rear end panels available. The owners name Jack or Sarah sticks in my head, from over East London I think.
