Picking this up on saturday....

Big step up there I'd imagine, but looks really nice even though i prefer a bolder colour of car than silver :)

:race: Glad to see its a manual too

Great car!

I think that the cost of component failure would be more terrifying than the cornering speeds it could generate though... :s

You should have kept the vee also .....lol :)

Thanks for the comments - I've got a few other cars as well and debated keeping the V6 but unfortunately wasn't really using it too much and felt that once the GT3 arrived it may get a little less use !

I've driven GT3's and RS's previously and the acceleration is astonishing - I think one of the main skills required may be in keeping my licence !

I was keen to buy a car with the Carbon Ceramic Discs and also the Carrera GT seats - have read some great reviews on them - quite looking forward to collecting it on Saturday ( major understatement !!!)

Well done on your purchase. One cannot go wrong.........

What caught my eye was that you managed to find one that hasn't been revved.....usually they have been revved to the limiter, and some even have been overrevved (missed downshifts).

"There are 6 different ranges the first of which is some way below the actual rev limit. This car shows zero activity in any of the ranges, absolutely nothing at all."

Enjoy..................
