Pic request. Original ph1 Trophy spoiler

Evening Guys,

Bit of a strange one really. Just mentioned in another thread how i love these spoilers (well, i wasnt sure what it was called untill Mossy told me).

What are your opinions on these spoilers? Are they rare/expensive, marmite?

I personally think they are amazing, if i had a Vee, it would be a must for me!

Thought it would be cool if people could add pics to this thread of your/ other Vees that have this spoiler on. Just so i can sit and look at them over and over.

Can anyone remember having that feeling when you were to young to drive, and you would read max power etc and day dream about owning a cool car and being able to drive it. I know max power doesnt exist anymore and was crap, but 10 years ago when i was 15 i would absolutely buzz my (.)(.)'s off reading it and looking at the cars desperatly waiting to tun 17.

Now at 25, i can honestly say that out of every car, a V6 is the only one that reminds me of that excited adreneline rush feeling just thinking about owning one, just being able to walk up to it, get in, and drive off.
Nothing else gives me that feeling, audi, bm, mercs, lambos etc you name it. Its only the V6 that can remind me and give me that feeling inside.

I feel so happy for all of you on this forum who actually own one lol, one day i will have one. Hopefully my next car if im honest but at 25 ive just bought my first house with my partner so a car upgrade is out of the window for a good few years. Dont get me wrong, anyone who knows me know how much i love my 182, but the Vee is just a cut above everything.

On an Original ph1 Trophy the spoiler looks fantastic.
On a well modded replica Trophy they look great.

Oh I forgot.... On a standard Vee with no other mods, they look daft and shyte. (IMO)

Think this one was made out of patio decking or similar.

I agree with James, i think they look out of place on an other wise standard car, they just look too big.

However, they look awesome on a highly modified car like mossys or simons.

The proper ones (and not the copies) they are quite rare, but not that expensive, seem to change hands for about £150.

im yet to see another one that suits it though, it looks odd and out of place on a standard vee

They are made by Cromodora. Im not sure on the exact name of them.

Most people just call them trophy wheels as they were the wheel used on the v6 trophy race cars.

They are rare as hens teeth and go for mega money. They are made from magnesium so not suitable for use on salty roads, summer time only wheels!
