phase 2 tailgate

does anyone know if the phase 2 tailgate lock/handle assembly (with the reno badge) will fit the phase 1 tailgate or alternatively will acomplete ph 2 tailgate fit with the existing ph1 latch mechanism.

Sorry wont fit, the phase 2 has a large recess in the boot that the button housing fits into
