For the record it is in the register. Its been in france for about 3 years so is currently in the 'outside of the uk' section.
Click 'all cars' when you look as many cars move around all the time so drop off the inside the UK tab.

This particular car was on eBay a few months ago, advertised in France, but on uk plates.

A Renault 5 with very low miles did tho for 3.5k
