Today iv had a few people get in touch with me asking if my phase 1 is for sale, so I would like to confirm that it is not!
After investigating I found the post and it was stated he recently viewed it, which is not the case. He viewed it back in November when it was originally for sale, so I don’t know why this has happened now but the situation has been resolved.
For some reason when I asked the interested party who had stated this they wouldn’t say, shame really as they are a member on here.
