Well done George! Join RAC Breakdown if you're not a member already and drive it back. I was in my Ph1 with standard seats for 7 or so hours a couple of weeks ago and it was very comfy. That's unusual for me at 6ft 5inches tall, getting on a bit and with a dodgy back after a bike accident way back in the last century!

Personally I'd get a transporter. Driving 9+ hrs in a Vee is a bit of a chore, especially on the roads you'll be taking.
