ph1 feels flat/throttle hesitation when cold

Hi guys

wondering if anyone can help. when the car is cold i.e being turned on for the first time during that day, it feels flat and almost has some throttle hesitation when pressing the accelerator/very light throttle for the first 2500 rpm after that it clears but it will feel like this for 10 mins or so until its warmed up then its absolutely fine no flat spots etc.

Car has had 6 new coils recently and i replaced all the plugs with the correct bosch type as i thought this may be the problem but has not worked. Also whether this is linked when turning it on for the first time in the day the car struggles to start cleanly may need to be turned over a little longer( i.e the key needs to be turned for a couple of seconds longer) once warm however and switched off it will fire up perfectly as many time as you switch it on and off.

The car runs perfectly once warm no misfires and revs cleanly all the way to the red line its not a major problem but more annoying than anything.

I assume there may be a sensor out i.e. engine temperature sensor/ water temp etc

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help

Spoke to scott (sg) and he kindly gave me a little advice he said the cold start and hesitation could be due the valve by the ecu (guvnor valve) so i will replace this.

Thanks scott for the help much appreciated
