any ideas on bending perspex, i'm thinking about using a heat gun and a little patience so's not to blister it, only looking for a slight bend in the perspex..
I would get some wood and make a frame up to the curve u want, then clamp it over the curved wood with grip clamps and use a hot air gun to heat it up this may work. You will have to go slow and do it several times and as you said dont get it too hot polycarbonate may be better then perspex its less brital.
