Never seen it before, but right up there with some crazy creations, Vee included. More like an R5 Turbo in proportions though, but, as JL alludes to it in his narrative, a lot faster.

Inspiration for the V6?

Nope. As far as I remember it was inspired by the R5 Turbo.
There are definitely only a handful made. Ford SHO Taurus engine
in a Ford Festiva. There is a prototype that was built before Jays that
is kicking around in a trailer in California a few years back. Was interested
in acquiring it but since it was a prototype I don't think I could put it
on the road. I still like my R5T2 and Clio V6 More.
The R5 Turbo Inspired a lot of cars.
