Newbie Brake andFuel Questions

Icelle Cube

I'll be picking up my Vee next week and have been trawling around here for a wee while trying to take in all the technical info. Got two basic question to begin with. Firstly, what make are the brake calipers used on the 255 AP or Brembo? Secondly, what kind of mileage can I expect from a tank of fuel. At best I mean, not after a lot of spirited driving ;) With my Evo I can get about 180 miles at best and can get down to about 90 if my right foot is working overtime. Please tell me I'm going to have a car with slightly longer range at least!

Adam :)

Trip will say 350/360 miles. So you could do around 300 before filling up if gentle right foot. Put your foot down and you should still do 200 miles worst case! I did 200 miles on the autobahn with a full tank of fuel and that was with constant acceleration and decceleration to top speed of around 150mph. Expect around 250 cos the fuel gauge does drop off real quick in the second half!
