Need parts for my Phase 2

Hi everyone. At the risk of asking about the same parts everyone else is after. Here is a list of parts I need for my car:

1 x power steer pressure line feeding the steering rack
1 x power steer return line from the steering rack
1 x oil filter
1 x flexible coolant hose from alloy tube to feed the engine oil heat exchanger
1 x flexible coolant hose return from the engine oil heat exchanger
1 x pair of front strut/leg assemblies
1 x pair of top front strut tops
1 x pair of rear strut leg assemblies
1 x set of front brake caliper seals
1 x set of rear brake caliper seals
2 x inner tie rid end
2 x front lower ball joints

I have sent a pm to Simon re the ball joints. Appreciate any help I can get, its difficult to find suppliers from here in Australia. Send me a pm if you can help.
