More smilies + added functionality.

Big Steve has been pestering me for a while now for animated smilies. I dont know why but he was pretty adament he wanted them.

If you look on any screen that you can post on , you get the usual text entry box and can either add in the smilie via INSERT --> Smilie



or by using the newly created button



Then note at the bottom of the editor

I have checked it on my phone. You are correct. There is a different phone and computer reply box. By design. The phone one doesnt have the menus at the top. Thats all. :i-m_so_happy.gif:
