Honestly mate just get a cheap one of these and re drill the holes. These are easy to come by.
Not sure what you're trying to do here but assuming it's for a mk1 clio, you cant use that engine subframe mount instead of the hanging mount unless you're using all subframe mounts, not that there's a full set of subframe mounts for a mk1 clio.
It's not because there's no rear mount, unless a 5 one can be use with the clio subframe. Sounds plausible.
Gearbox can use the R19 subframe mount (also on mk2 clios as a 4th mount)
Subframe mounting is really shit though. That's why nobody does it anymore, and I'm not sure if anyone other than Renault ever did. Can change the cambelt without having to support the engine from underneath but that's the only benefit I can see.
