Mk I'ers - show more willing!

Even though I wasn't at Gaydon - I couldn't help but notice that the ratio of Mk I's were unfortunately low.
The milage (sic) thread also lacks Mk I owner contributions.

What's going on? Mk I's rock!

The numbers present at club meets will improve now you own one Kett.

I look forward to seeing MK 1's at our gatherings, Perhaps we should do a MK 1's only meeting?

I for one need to see your vee ;)
Should have seen it a few times but me and Tim never quite met up!!!!
Sounds imense [cmilie=iconcheers.gif]

I love the ph1.. It does have a certain charm to it.

If you are to believe 'how many left' there are alot less phase 1s than phase 2s, could explain the drop in numbers.

Very apparent from Gaydon photos that Ph1s are very under-represented at mo :s

I would imagine it's because people with little experience of the cars see ph2s as the one to have and what with the price difference between the two versions closing considerably in recent times it sort of makes the ph2 a no-brainer.

Ph1 all the way for me though. It's flaws and weaknesses just make it feel all the more special!

Roll on the RAF redundancy announcements 12th June, if successful, then we are keeping our ickle girl [smilie=yay.gif]

This is nothing new. I noticed this at Hever. Ph1's are just much rarer at the end of the day and that bit more special for it.

mine sorned and now the Renault festival is canceled will probably stay that way for the year. Miss driving it but the Spider Race program is taking precidence. Stole the battery from it last month to make a race jump pack!

Mine was with Scott for it's MOT when Gaydon was on.
Having said that, Due to other commitments, It's unlikely I'll be able to do much with it club-wise (V6C, ROC or RAOC). :(

I'd love to come to a meet with mine and meet a few people, getting married in 4 weeks so the dates haven't worked so far! [smilie=icon_cry.gif]
