Just thought I would say hello... again!

Owned number 44 (Ph2 IB) about 2.5/3 years ago now (interested too know if it's still on the forum?) been through a couple of cars since then, although currently car less at the minute due to a business venture!
Am looking to buy another V6 (Ph1 or 2, can't decide!!) next year at some point so thought I would sign back up, am sure the forum will be as helpful and welcoming as ever!

Cheers

Welcome back, Gareth!

Everyone seems to return to Vee ownership. Perhaps it's for that nostalgic fix of euphoria!

(On that basis) I guess it's only a matter of time before supply runs out - certainly there are 'less out there' on the market... might be because the values are pretty dismal though. Good news for any potential buyer!

Cheers Kett, once I manage to buy another one I won't be selling it, I have promised myself it will stay for good!!
I have had quite a few cars but the vee is the one I miss the most, just the overall package, I have had quicker and better handling but their aren't many cars like the vee, even my wife loved it so it must have been special!!
Ever since I sold mine I look probably weekly at what is available, not many at the minute, I'm sure I will find what I am after, took me a year to find the one I bought last time so no stranger to patience!!

Good to see another ex-owner returning to the fold...............hope you find a good one.

Noted that #044 is back in France, which certainly reduces the number in the UK. I believe the lack of cars and current prices reflect the time of year (winter/christmas/holiday period etc.), but that certainly goes in favour of anyone looking to buy, especially if they are looking to hold over the long term.

Good luck in your search.

Welcome back Gareth,

Nice to hear of another return owner, just shows how much these cars get under your skin! Best of luck with your search. :approve:

Just posted a message to him as he was looking for past owners so hopefully I can have a chat with him, he hasn't been active recently so hopefully he might pop back on! Shame it has left the UK but as long as someone is looking after it!!
