Megane 225 Cup for sale (By my buddy Steve Field)
Bought with 84k on the clock, its now done 86k (ish) and its a 56 plate car.
Cup version so comes with the stiffer chassis, uprated dampers, and a few lighter parts (e.g, manual heating etc)
It has been pretty comprehensively modified with all of the choice bits for a track car/Megane:
• All usual Megane options (electric mirrors, auto wipers, automatic xenon headlights)
• RS Tuning map - with rolling road results (272bhp 302lb ft) - this is a very 'safe' map
• Forge intercooler (its huge) along with solid boost pipes and Forge silicon hoses
• Forge dump valve and associated re-locator setup for the original system
• Uprated '603' injectors (larger injectors)
• Pipercross filter
• Full turbo-back Miltek exhaust
• R26R Single-mass flywheel conversion with uprated clutch
• Cooksport lowering springs (widely regarded as the optimum setup this side of coilovers)
• Braided brake hoses
• Brand-new PBS pads (front and rear)
• Brand new Brembo high-carbon front discs
• Brand new brake fluid (ATE Blue high-temp fluid)
• Recent oil service
• Nankang NS2R track tyres
• Brand new bespoke 'Long n Low' bucket seat mounts/brackets
• Brand new Sparco Pro 2000 bucket seats (Proper FIA approved seats - all properly mounted etc) - All together the seat setup cost £1200
• Brand new 4-point harnesses recently fitted
• Ktec rear mat (tidies up the rear when there aren't rear seats - i do still have these if you wanted them, along with the parcel shelf)
• Extra set of wheels and track tyres
Body work wise, its very straight and clean, no rust etc
In terms of any issues/probs with the car, there aren't any really, other than to get the airbag light coded out (i.e. turn it off) as this has been tripped by the fitting of the bucket seats, this is pretty simple, just needs someone with 'CLIP' (the renault ecu tool) to turn it off.
