Excellent! Got to love a wild iceberg!

Hopefully a lot wilder yet, have great plans but very much a long term thing.
Just really enjoying it at the moment, mechanically it's spot on, handles a treat and is massive fun in the wet.

Had time for a bit of a tinker today, I said earlier that this car was mechanically spot on, I can't fault it. Has new discs and pads all round and what must be recently rebuilt oem koni's with shorter springs. No play anywhere, engine and box sweet as a nut. Running on 35 profile tyres.
Been out again in the wet, it does things where my Ph2 would have given up and gone backwards through the hedge.
A few electrical issues to sort, alarm playing up, old audio stuff to rip out, electric mirror and a window motor.
I was worried that this car may have needed a large cash injection but so pleased with it, was an absolute bargain !
On top of that it's on Trophy coils, will measure up the rear subframe another day, I wonder ?

looks fab, so much better now without the wrap.
Do you mind me asking, what's the actual mileage?

When this was up for sale, we had a discussion about it on here with the seller even coming on claiming people said it was higher than his advertised 30k ish.

Looking good Ed, where did you dig up this little lovely? I'm also on the hunt for a 'cheap' possible Cat D Ph1 to have a little fun with ;)
As for the Trophy splitter I'm back doing a little fibre glassing at the moment but we do have a waiting list.
I'll drop you a PM later when I get home with a little more detail / photos for you to have a look over.

Hi Ross
Just back home from another little trip out, it's showing 28,077. Has loads of paperwork to back it up and I would have no reason to suppose this is not genuine mileage.

This was the link:

I knew it was a clean one, something didnt seem right about it as mileage isnt something you can easily fudge.
I loved the wrap, prefer it without like but i thought it looked ace, real different. Seats are making me jealous!

One day ill get some sportsters or treadlines sorted out, hard to decide which.

Your car needs a name, Darth doesnt seem fitting anymore :D

Ha thanks Ross, as a long term member on here I'd be more than surprised if I've missed any information on this car. It's turned out to be even more than I was hoping for and perfect for what I have in mind.
The seats and some quality harness are just icing on the cake.
It has a name 'RS Clio 230 v6' but I may have to play with some of those numbers before too long.
