Liquid Yellow - V6 O Y... or HY06 EFR .....

Lankan

Active Member
....spotted in the North Harrow area on Sunday (7th October) around 18:15 hrs.

I could not read the registration number clearly but could be one of the above.

Hi Dulan,

HY06 EFR (no. 330) is out in Australia.
V6 0 YEA is the Titanium one resprayed LY. Someone had seen this advertised for sale in France but it's clearly still here.

V60 YEA lives in Watford area he bought a splitter off me 2 years ago it had omg exhaust, screen behind seats, front end damage and genuinely looked a little rough

Interesting, would like to know exactly what happend with #184.

It was on the plate V60YEA when KevinT owned it (Im assuming he sold it!! - maybe where my confusion is from)
Then it came up on ebay/pistonheads a few times in 2010. I have photos of after this on number plates M13OAN & P3 OAN.
It then came up for sale in France, twice via different sellers, still with the same 'OAN' UK plates on it.
Then a car came up again for sale in france with french plates - BK-737-AK - which i believe from the photos is uk #184, but do not have 100% proof.

However, V60YEA is currently registered on a UK v6 which is Yellow.....

maybe im getting two or more cars muddled up?

Just to confuse even more there is another RHD v6 in France that is LY - no: plate AJ-916-JY

The other LY car in France you mentioned in your last paragraph Duncan, was at Montlhery the other week. Mossy made a note of the number, 089 I think. It looked like it used to be Illiad.

The plot thickens.............

So #184 and/or V60 YEA are not/were never v6Clio.net member cars (as I cannot seem to find them in the V6 Register)?

What colour was #184?

However, do remember reading somehwhere about a Titanium Vee that had been sprayed LY.......

UK v6 #184 - is currently in the register as being in located in France (click all cars and it will appear).

It was owned by member KevinT and was on number plate V60 YEA during his ownership.

It was originally titanium, then resprayed LY after it was written off.

I believe it he sold it then, it sold twice in quick sucession, then ended up in france as my above post.

Once proven whats happend, ill update its location if applicable so it appears back in the Uk section of the register.

Thanks Duncan. That clears it up now............certainly looks like it was "V6 0 YEA" I saw on Sunday, since I distinctly remember (the spacing of) the first few characters on the plate.
