Leaking hose Help with idendification pleeeeease

Well i noticed it the other day whilst the rear bumper was off, i was trying to clean the exhaust as best i can with my back in the state it is.

Well i noticed this, today my wheels are being refurbed and whilst the vee was jacked up i took this photo.

Please help with ident so i can get it changed if need be :)
