Green seem to be the only company, Does it sound any different?

Is the std unit foam?? Or paper?

its good ole paper, the green cottin goes straight in, revs free'er on down shifts, for 40 notes its worth it i say, sounds slightly more prominant but not by much, am trying to get a bmc or evo now, for the sound..... meh

I've always hated the Vipers. Shite design and on the RS it loses power! (I had a maxogen on the 172!)
BMC is a universal design...again not a huge fan of them....But for the noise i'd consider it....

Got it from halfrauds.... by increasing the diameter of the intake pipe to the box, it seems to make the engine note more prominant

Where did you get the pipe and how much was it? Also what is the diameter of the pipe?
