That looks the same as mine so fits either mk1 or 2. K-tec sell'em for £475. It a good deal i reckon, unless it goes up any more. This can be fitted without removing the rear bumper too, so it can save time and money when fitting.

I think that's the old style of K-Tec exhaust without the adjustable clamps (can't see them on the tail pipes). Don't know if this matters heh, the one I have just collected is a 2nd gen one and does have these, so in theory you should be able to line it up better in the holes.
