Is this to be expected?

Ok, Ive had the car 2 weeks and already:

1. One small fuel line burst near the pump. Easy fix.

2. The plug fouled 3 times, hopefully fixed

3. A nut has just fallen of the turbo to manifold connection. And anothers come loose. Now blowing, gonna fix it in the mornin.

I hope this isnt a start of things too come.

Still love the beast though + ive had a lot worse happen (a lot worse)

Welcome my dear boy......

To 21Turbo Ownership.........things will persistently crop up, just to piss you off and test your enthusiasm. 6 months mine sat outside for, I got her to the French day and guess what........? She sat in my garage off the road again.....but we love it dont we?

You got a 15 year old car mate so it's unrealistic to not expect things to break, then when you also have the fact that it's a 21 Turbo you should expect many and numerous problems, most minor but annoying.

Yep, ive driven round with 2 nuts holding the turbo on, havent we all? LOL

If those are your biggest woes, damn you are lucky!!!!

And what did i find last night? You got it. One loose nut and one dropped off the turbo-manifold join.
Only been on there 1000 miles LMFAO!
Run out of bloody crinkle washers.....
