Hi there,

Have recently bought my 2nd vee now, and has noticed that the brakes seem to stick on abit. Do the AP's need servicing them selfs that much?

In the last 11 months the car has only done 6/700 miles since the last mot and was sometimes kept out side, so it may just be a case of a long drive one day but as its getting near winter now the weather isnt that great..

Can anyone shed some light on this, cheers dean

Would you say this is the best thing to do and just drive it [cmilie=iconcheers.gif]

Yes, plus make sure the brakes are bone-dry before any periods of storage.

...and leave the handbrake off. Brakes need to be completely dry before you leave any car for any length of time before driving it again.

Ok cheers, the brake were dry ill just have to take it for a long drive once its nice again in the next week or 2.. :)
