It is really difficult to find a date to suit the masses. Naturally you want to capture all owners, but things will always come up close to the date; resulting in people dropping out. C'est la vie. If i remember correctly,on our first meet we had plenty of interest from around the country; we ended up with 5! Second meet, likewise, lots of interest, but then lots of drop outs! I think we mustered about 8 last time round at the start with a couple dropping off throughout the day!
Would advise sending out a spread of dates and asking owners to highlight their availability. Would be nice for some of the Engerlandish to come! Worth mentioning to them that you don't need any vaccinations or Visas.
Look forward to a run in 2012!

Agreed Ali, Looks like there is an event on every month so it might become a choice for some peeps,
The lakes meet looks too close to ours to come up all that way for a second time. ( Prov date )

It's true, It been like spring all this week in Edinburgh. [smilie=icon_exclaim.gif]
Sept is great if the weathers good, The light is great and where we are planing on going it won't be that busy, Maybe a fair bit of caravan over taking ( in a red arrows styley )
