Hey all

Looking at getting H&R Hub Centric wheel spacers for my car, love the OEM wheels but feel that they need to fill up the arches a bit more 15-20mm a side front and rear.

Has anyone done this before? Any pictures?

Thanks

Jonny :D

Don't fork out for th H&R ones you can find cheaper on the net from FK but as good quality (i.e. hubcentric). I made a post about this some time back so it's worth doing a search to save yourself some money.

Technical info if you need it is:

5 x 108 60.1mm

I have got 15mm hubcentric going spare if you want to do a deal?

They cost me £60, you will have to buy longer bolts though.

Not sure what make they are i will have to have a look if your interested.

Is that a set of 4?

Yeah if out the manufacturer then i would definitely be interested

Thanks

Jonny

Jonny,
just for a bit more info in case Mossy can't help...

Mine came from Performance Driven Ltd (they do have a website). Part numbers are as follows:

FK135 15Z Renault = 15mm hubcentric wheel spacer @ 46.81 ex Vat.

FK135 10Z Renault = 10mm hubcentric wheel spacer @43/31 ex Vat.

Note Supplied as axle set i.e. pairs

Thanks mate

So 10mm from and 15mm spacer rear should be enough to fill up the arches you think?

Found a picture of a mk1 with 10mm spacers all round and it transformed the look of it.. :D

I'm not sure how big you'd need to go - I had to get them for some wheels which I'm fitting and the 10mm are for the rear and the 15mm for the front.

10mm should probably do the trick to be honest.

My spacers are Eibach and upon investgation are 10mm wide.

Part number is 90-1-05-019. 60.1mm bore 5x108 PCD.

Hey

How much do you want for them, do you just the the one set?

Also if you dont mind me asking how come your selling?

Thanks

Jonny

I'm selling because the bolts that Larkspeed supplied were too short!! :(

............. and basically i just haven't got around to ever sorting anymore.

You can have them for £25 inc p&p .......... anygood?

I will have too sought it out on Monday if you want them as i am just getting
ready to go to the lakes meet. [smilie=bunny_4.gif]

Have you got the pic of the Mk1 w/ the 10mm spacers on?

I've been wondering the very same thing for a while myself.

????

Well i have the spacers for the rear..

Going to order 10mm (each side) for the front and all the bolts too..

If you go onto DemonTweeks they have them for our cars in varying lengths

Should have mine on by next week sometime so ill post pics of the results..

Only thing im concerned about is with basically moving the wheels out using this method it will exaggerate the geometry change that you can feel on compression

Has anyone else found this, when changing wheels to different offsets?

Jonny
