19 Help!!!

Hi I have a 1992 renault 19 1.19 1.8 16v I've add the car for 13 years and it as been ok but now it will not start up when I've been out in it and the engine is hot ?

Bad earth. I always put an extra one between the gearbox and chassis/bulkhead
